Why POAC Succeed NOW?

Schools Are Carrying More Than Ever.

Students are navigating increased anxiety, isolation, and pressure.

Educators are experiencing record levels of burnout and emotional fatigue.

Schools are being asked to respond to complex mental health needs without enough time, tools, or support.

POAC Succeed exists to stand in the gap, partnering with schools to address mental health challenges and culture strain with intentional, human-centered solutions that last.

Belonging and wellbeing are not add-ons to education, they are foundational.

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Ensuring people of all ages are seen, heard, valued, and supported so individuals and communities can thrive together.

POAC Succeed exists to create environments where people feel a true sense of belonging and support. We believe that when individuals young and old are recognized for who they are and what they carry, healthier relationships, stronger communities, and lasting impact become possible.

Our mission guides everything we do: from how we partner with schools, to how we support educators, to how we engage students in leadership, connection, and care. At the heart of our work is a commitment to human dignity, empathy, and shared responsibility.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where every school community fosters belonging, wellbeing, and opportunity ensuring that students and educators everywhere feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.

We envision school communities where mental health and wellbeing are embedded into daily life, where educators are supported rather than depleted, and where students grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially.

This vision extends beyond individual programs or moments. It is about shaping environments where care, connection, and leadership are woven into the culture creating ripple effects that strengthen families, schools, and communities near and far.

Student Mental Health and Belonging

Students are facing hidden struggles everyday. We support students by building leadership, emotional awareness, and peer connection so they feel seen, valued, and supported within their school communities.

Educator Wellbeing and Burnout Prevention

Educators carry the emotional weight of school culture every day. POAC partners with schools to reduce brunt, strengthen staff connection, and support educator wellbeing through sustainable, relational approaches.

School Culture and Systems Change

Culture doesn’t change by accident. We work alongside school leadership to align values, relationships, and practices to create environments where wellbeing and belonging are embedded into daily experience.
