How POAC Succeed Helps inspire Even the Toughest Students

Improve Schools: Our program makes schools safer and more inclusive by encouraging open talks and respect, which leads to fewer discipline problems.

Support Teachers: We give teachers tools and strategies to manage classroom behavior, so they have more time to teach and enjoy their jobs.

Helps Students: Our programs help students get better grades, reduce cyberbullying, manage stress, and support family issues through counseling and resources.

We’ve studied hundreds of students and classrooms to create this method

Conflicts, stress, and unhealthy learning environments often arise in schools when students struggle to understand ones “90%” leading to challenges and strained relationships.

However, through our POAC Succeed Leadership Program, students take time to learn from one another and uncover the many things they have in common.

As a result, new relationships and perspectives emerge, fostering a stronger, more supportive learning environment that benefits everyone.
